The Associates

Linley Daly, Thelma Domenici & Associates vice president of curriculum and program development, builds and implements dynamic courses with a focus on fun and learning. With the company from its inception, Linley also developed its long-term strategy.

Along with the needs of her audience, Linley crafts programs with her 15 years’ experience in the political, Fortune 500 and nonprofit arenas in mind. She holds legislative experience on the national and state levels, marketing and sales experience with Hallmark Cards Inc. and the American Italian Pasta Company, and program management and event planning experience with nonprofits.

Melissa W. Sais, director of media and public relations, brings news of Thelma Domenici & Associates to the world.

Melissa uses her background as a communications director of a statewide membership organization and as a newspaper reporter to capture in ink the vibrant nature of Thelma Domenici & Associates’ people and programs.

Frances White, graphic designer, keeps the website up-to-date and is the designer of The DinEtquette Deck. Frances's experience includes several years in New York where she was art director of a fashion/trend direction company and freelanced as a book and magazine designer. She is currently the marketing specialist for Maestas & Ward, commercial real estate.

Kylene Wing is director of business licensing with Thelma Domenici & Associates. She also developed the company’s teen etiquette and self-improvement programs.

Kylene brings her expertise as former owner of Plaza 3 Modeling School and Talent Agency to her roles with the company. She currently works in the motion picture industry as an art director specializing in national television commercials and documentaries and is a former model.

Beth Chavez connects people with Thelma Domenici & Associates as director of sales and marketing and as a youth program presenter.

Beth’s professional career has included marketing and development work in banking, healthcare and nonprofit organizations. While working with ACCION New Mexico, Beth received the U.S. Small Business Administration 2001 Women In Business Advocate of the Year award for the State of New Mexico. Beth holds a master's degree in art education from the University of New Mexico.
